Subject: Rod Westmoreland v. Undrtheradar; Jonbenet Ramsey Page 1
The allegations leveled against me "undrtheradar", by Rod Westmoreland, are baseless and without merit. Most, if not all of the postings filed into the complaint which were made by myself in topix.net are taken out of context. Some of the complaints are just blatant lies. Such as the complaint that says, "undrtheradar" claims Rod Westmoreland killed Brian Wells the pizza driver. In fact, I went out of my way to make the point that I was not sure if Rod Westmoreland was connected to the Brian Wells case. What I said was the similarities between the 2 instructional type notes left at both crime scenes are to similiar to be ignored and to debate the topic in the public forum.
Why is Rod Westmoreland suing me? Why has Rod Westmoreland decided to make an anonymous poster and his theory relevant? Is it about the money? I don't think so, he has the money already, so the extra money he may receive from a lawsuit wouldn't be worth the bad publicity he may receive. Is it because he is in fear for he and his family's safety? I don't believe so, because he should have just called the police first and filed a civil suit secondly. Is it because he has lost the ability obtain current and future employment because of my accusations against him? No, because the overall public has never heard of "undrtheradar" and his theory or of "Rod Westmoreland" for that fact, until now. I believe that Rod Westmoreland has decided to make "undrtheradar" relevant for one reason only. The reason is to simply find out the identity of "undrtheradar". This "undrtheradar" who he had communicated with for about 5 months in topix.net, and who seemed to know everything about Rod Westmoreland and the way that he "allegedly" carried out this crime. Suing "undrtheradar" was his last effort to somehow get the best of "undrtheradar". But it may have been the worst move he could have made because he has more to lose than "undrtheradar".
Who is "undrtheradar?", shouldn't be the only question. The bigger question should be, who is "Autumn?" , the other anonymous poster who I spoke with in topix.net for about 5 months who I believe to be Rod Westmoreland himself. Because if "Autumn" really does turn out to be Rod Westmoreland, then he has an awful lot of explaining to do, on top of the explaining he already needs to do. "Autumn" said some very revealing things in topix.net before "undrtheradar" even arrived into topix.net, when "Autumn" was free to talk. The following 3 part narrative is one I wrote for an attorney back when John Karr was initially arrested for the murder of Jonbenet Ramsey. So it was written before the lawsuit was filed by Rod Westmoreland. In it, I explain clearly, and plainly why I say Rod Westmoreland should be considered a very strong suspect. I explain how I believe I encountered Rod Westmoreland posing as "Autumn" in topix.net. And part 3 I explain why I'm not sure that Rod Westmoreland had anything to do with the Brian Wells case but I just try to compare some striking similarities between the two cases and the two instructional type notes left at both crime scenes.
Lastly I want to say, I have nothing personal against Rod Westmoreland, I have never met the man. The only way I learned of Rod Westmoreland is because the clues led me to him. This case was brought into my home through the tv and newspapers. If not for that, it would have remained a local issue in Colorado. With that said I have a right to point out the obvious without being sued for doing so. Mr. Westmoreland, whether you like it or not, you were a part of a very public crime. The ransom note demanded that John Ramsey get the ransom from his bank "account" and nowhere else then to give it to the kidnappers in return for his daughter. The 3 participants as laid out in that plot from the ransom notes are John Ramsey, Rod Westmoreland, and the kidnappers. You were in charge of getting that money from John's "account" that day. That makes you the middle man in the money transaction of a very high profile crime. Proof of your innocence should not remain a secret. You should publicly come out and show the world proof of your innocence, so joe public such as myself can eliminate you and move on. Instead, you have decided to sue joe public to prove your innocence. I wonder why?
Respectfully yours,
undrtheradar
