An interesting interview made for posterity. You may not learn anything you didn't know, but Alex Hunter was candid about things he wouldn't speak of before. JonBenet comments on Side B.

October 1996

This is such a shocking picture of JonBenet dressed like a sexpot at six years old. Some have told me the picture on the left is from a Pageant but the picture on the right is taken with her friends and makes me think it was at school. Regardless, I think if you want to solve her murder, you have to understand the culture and counter-culture of Boulder in 1996. Imagine going to an event for your child and the excitement of a Halloween Party and seeing this little girl dressed like this with her lipstick mouth hanging wide open, like she was blowing kisses and getting tired. I was told she would shrug her shoulders and strut like she was performing all the time; my best guess is that she didn't know t he difference between acting and real life. She was only six and innocent, and full of spirit.

Some people who saw JonBenet perform claimed her behavior was evidence of sexual child abuse. That she would not act like she did without being carefully taught things she shouldnt know until older. But, did it rise to the level of Child Abuse Resulting in Death?  Believe it or not, I think that is all Boulder Police Department had on the Ramseys, and while Boulder got distracted trying to build a case against the Family, they let a sadistic child killer slip through their fingers.

To be honest with you, it shivers my bones. Who murdered JonBenet? Is he still around Boulder, hiding in plain sight? Has he been here all this time? What is he doing that he blends in so well? Does he have police cover? I fear he just might.

And Back in the day this flyer was released by the Ramseys describing the killer. Intruder Profile with the hope that someone may have noticed extreme unusual behavior, like excessive drinking, drugging, or acting out in violence.

Evidence of an Intruder

DNA of an unknown male found in 4 places, on JB’s body/clothing from touch and from saliva. Duct tape, a kind that had only begun to be manufactured in November 1996, that did not match the tape in the Ramsey home. Marks found on JonBenet from a stun gun. A footprint, a palm print, and another footprint. Two kinds of animal fur, one beaver, one unknown, that could not be matched to anything in the home. Red fibers that, although acrylic, were not from Patsy’s jacket since it was red, black, and grey. Metal fragment under JB’s fingernails that could not be matched to anything. Cigarette butts, the metal baseball bat, the climbing rope, the cord used for the ligature that could not be matched to anything in the home. Staging: the Bible, the dictionary, the Esprit article, the naked life-size doll posed in the playroom window and, of course, the ransom note. The butt print, the print on top of the basement toilet, the canvas bag in the crawl space, the scratch marks on the elevator door. The blond young man, the mysterious lights seen in the kitchen, and the light that was always on but for the first time it wasn’t.

The Ransom Note.

Most of the pages and topics are true to form;

however, some links, videos, and pdfs are gone as they were outdated.

Some Pages were consolidated by Topic; others were divided into Subtopics.
