The purpose of the linked document is ease of reading as what is readily available online is very long and unindexed. I split it into even parts, and then I made sub-headings every 2 pages or so by selecting something interesting on the page. You can move around easily by clicking somewhere on the Table of Contents; and the document has a Sidebar with thumbnails of each page with a window of where on the page the view is zoomed in.
